To this day many new parents are still manually recording feeding amounts with pen and paper. What if there was a device that you could attach to any baby bottle that automatically records feeding amounts? This was the idea that was presented to us by our client. The smart baby bottle attachment would automatically sense the weight difference between pre-feeding and post-feeding, calculate amount of formula or milk delivered, then send that data via Bluetooth to your mobile device where it would be tabulated in a special app. It can do all this without a single button or any indicating LEDs or user inputs. New parents no longer have to carry a log book with them to their baby’s pediatrician appointments.
